Process Overview

Complete Process Flow
- Raw Coal Feeding: Mine raw coal is transported to the hopper and evenly fed by vibrating feeder, removing bulk waste and debris.
- Pre-Screening / Scalping: Vibrating screen separates fine coal powder in advance, avoiding over-crushing and improving production efficiency.
- Primary Coarse Crushing: Large lump coal is crushed by jaw crusher or coal sizer to medium particle size.
- Secondary Fine Crushing: Roll crusher / hammer crusher further processes materials to meet customer finished size requirements.
- Final Grading Screening: Multi-layer vibrating screen classifies coal into multiple specifications: lump coal, medium coal, fine coal and coal powder.
- Conveying & Stockpiling: Qualified coal is transported to finished product stockpile or delivered to coal washing workshop.
