Product Overview
Cone crusher concave (also called bowl liner) is the fixed wear liner fitted inside the cone crusher upper bowl assembly. It works together with the mantle (moving cone liner) as a matched pair inside the crushing chamber. As the mantle gyrates, rock materials are squeezed, crushed and abraded between concave and mantle to get required aggregate particle size.
Made of high manganese steel, concave absorbs heavy impact and abrasive wear during crushing. It is a key consumable spare part for secondary and tertiary hard rock crushing in quarry, sand and mineral processing plants. When worn out, it needs replacement to maintain crushing efficiency and product gradation.
