Aggregate Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant
Portable Tracked / Wheel Mounted Mobile Crusher Station for Quarry Aggregate, Road Base & Construction Stone
Process Overview
The Aggregate Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant is an integrated movable crushing solution specially designed for quarry aggregate production. It combines feeding, primary crushing, secondary crushing, multi-layer screening and belt conveying into one chassis. No fixed concrete foundation is required, which supports rapid relocation between quarry sites, road construction jobsites and aggregate yards.
This mobile plant produces graded construction aggregates for highway, railway, concrete batching plant, asphalt plant and building foundation projects. It handles hard rock such as granite, basalt, river stone, quartzite and limestone efficiently.
Two mainstream configurations:
- Crawler Tracked Mobile Crushing & Screening Line (for mountain, muddy, rough quarry terrain)
- Wheel Mounted Mobile Crushing & Screening Line (for flat ground, easy highway transfer)
Working Flow
- Feeding & Pre-scalping: Raw stone is fed into the vibrating feeder; fine dirt and undersize material are screened out in advance to improve crusher efficiency.
- Primary Crushing: Large rock is crushed by mobile jaw crusher into medium size.
- Secondary Crushing: Mobile cone crusher / impact crusher makes fine aggregate as required.
- Multi-stage Screening: Vibrating screen separates aggregates into different finished grades.
- Closed-circuit Return: Oversized rock is sent back to the secondary crusher for re-crushing.
- Stockpiling: Finished aggregate fractions are stacked separately via independent conveyors.

Core Advantages
- High Mobility & Fast Relocation: Track type can walk freely on quarry slope; wheel type can be towed by truck directly, suitable for multiple construction sites.
- Save Transport Cost: Crush rock on site directly, avoid long-distance hauling of raw big stones and cut logistics expense greatly.
- Modular Closed Circuit Design: Flexible combination of jaw + cone / jaw + impact to produce cubical, high-quality aggregate for asphalt and concrete.
- Quick Commissioning: Pre-assembled factory module, can start production within several hours after arriving at jobsite.
- Easy Operation & Low Maintenance: Centralized control, standardized wearing parts, convenient inspection and replacement.
- Environmental Friendly: Matched dust removal and spraying dust suppression system to meet local mine environmental regulations.
- Customizable Layout: Single stage, two-stage or three-stage crushing layout according to customer aggregate gradation demand.
FAQ
Q: What aggregate can this mobile plant produce?
A: It can produce standard construction aggregate for concrete mixing plant, asphalt mixing plant, road base and railway ballast, with adjustable aggregate gradation.
Q: Crawler or wheeled mobile plant, which one I should choose?
A: Crawler version adapts to mountain quarry, muddy and rough terrain. Wheeled version is cheaper and convenient for highway transfer on flat ground.
Q: Can it make cubical shape aggregate for asphalt?
A: Yes. Equipped with impact crusher or cone crusher in secondary stage, the finished aggregate has good cubicity and low flaky rate for high-standard asphalt pavement.
Q: How long does it take to install and run?
A: No foundation construction. After arrival on site, just unfold conveyors, connect power and test run, normally start production within half a day.
Q: Can you design the flow chart according to my raw stone and target capacity?
A: Yes. Our engineering team customizes the whole layout, crusher selection and equipment combination based on raw rock type, feeding size, required capacity and finished aggregate sizes.
