It adopts eccentric block vibration exciter and flexible rubber damping structure to generate stable circular vibration force, enabling accurate particle classification and large throughput screening. Working Principle
The vibrating screen uses an eccentric block exciter to generate powerful circular vibrating force. When the machine runs, the screen deck continuously vibrates stably, making materials jump and move forward evenly on the screen surface. Fine particles pass through the screen holes, while oversized materials are discharged along the inclined screen deck. Multi-layer screen decks can realize simultaneous grading of multiple particle sizes, realizing automatic and continuous material separation in crushing production lines.
